Our Founders
Our founders collaborated to the build the company now known as Ortho Dermatologics (now a part of Bausch Health) into one of the leading and most innovative medical dermatology businesses in the US. Their efforts included building CeraVe® into an iconic skincare brand. This coupled with John’s prior experience in building Cetaphil® has made them both passionate about bringing new and innovative therapeutic skincare solutions to market.
Rajiv De Silva
Rajiv has over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector. He has served as President, CEO, Chairman and/or Director of several multi-national companies. He held positions of increasing responsibility at Novartis, including President, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada and President, Novartis Vaccines USA/Americas. He was then the President and COO of the company now known as Bausch Health, where he spearheaded building a leading dermatology business including the iconic CeraVe® brand, and subsequently CEO of Endo International. Currently he is the CEO of Venus Concept, a global medical aesthetic technology company. He also serves as Chairman of Covis Pharma, an Apollo portfolio company, and is Managing Partner at Asiri Advisors, a company focused on building businesses. His academic background includes a BSE (Honors) from Princeton University, an M.S. from Stanford University, and an MBA with Distinction from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
John Harvey
John is a respected commercial leader and general manager with over 25 years of experience. He has held commercial leadership roles in internationally respected dermatology focused companies including, Galderma Laboratories, Coria Laboratories (now part of Bausch Health), and Suneva Medical. He is credited with building one of the most successful specialty dermatology commercial businesses in the US during his time at the predecessor company to Bausch Health. He has launched and/or commercialized many innovative dermatology products including flagship therapeutic skincare brands Cetaphil® and CeraVe®. John holds a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Southern Mississippi.
